Description

The Senior Advisor, Product Marketing Strategy, will develop marketing strategies and execute product positioning, promotion, and market launch activities within the Collective Insurance and Savings Solutions sector. This role involves leading strategic projects, coordinating marketing initiatives, analyzing competitive and market data, defining customer journeys, and supporting the sales force across Canada. The position also requires providing strategic marketing advice to various teams and senior management, and collaborating with product managers to define offer vision and project roadmaps.

What We're Looking For

Develop and implement business, marketing, distribution, product positioning, and thought leadership strategies.,Lead strategic projects and specific mandates.,Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives and establish performance metrics.,Conduct competitive and data analysis to identify trends, issues, or opportunities, and provide recommendations for the marketing and development of collective insurance and savings products.,Define customer journeys and the value proposition of products and services.,Lead multi-faceted projects from planning to delivery, including information gathering, execution, coordination, and approval management, while adhering to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.,Provide daily support to the sales force across Canada to support business development.,Act as an advisor to teams, senior management, and various departments requiring expertise in business and marketing strategies.,In close collaboration with product managers, define the vision of offers and the project roadmap.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (Master's in Marketing an asset)
