Description

The Senior Advisor, TDSI Risk Management, will play a crucial role in developing and influencing the technological and AI risk management framework within iA Financial Group. This position addresses the evolving landscape of AI, data exploitation, and cyber threats in the financial sector. The advisor will support key strategic decisions, cultivate a mature risk culture, and contribute to the company's objective of ensuring client confidence and security regarding their future.

What We're Looking For

Advise business sectors and 1B specialized functions on understanding, communicating, and implementing the TDSI risk management framework and policies.,Contribute to the elaboration and evolution of the Group's technological, data, AI, and cybersecurity risk management framework.,Ensure proactive monitoring of emerging risks, particularly those related to AI, data, and cybersecurity, and identify high-impact issues requiring strategic attention.,Support the first line of defense in adopting methodologies, tools, and processes related to TDSI risks, and promote the three lines of defense model.,Develop and maintain a holistic view of TDSI risks, including control mechanisms, mitigation, risk appetite, and governance.
