The Analytical Marketing Advisor will act as a key expert in operationalizing, monitoring, and enhancing the performance of marketing initiatives. This role involves analyzing and interpreting data and performance indicators to provide strategic recommendations for optimizing marketing tactics. The advisor will also be responsible for segmenting solicitation lists and representing the team within the analytical community, collaborating closely with various internal teams.
Analyze and monitor the performance of marketing initiatives, proposing improvements to optimize strategies and conversion.
Understand, track, implement, and optimize key performance indicators and relevant dashboards for decision-making.
Be responsible for the operationalization and execution of sector-specific data cycles and their dependencies.
Perform database queries to generate solicitation lists and activate them in appropriate technological environments (email, telephone campaigns, automation, etc.).
Offer analytical support to internal teams, particularly the commercialization team.
Participate in establishing forecasts, objectives, and targets for specific performance indicators.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of collected data and apply data governance rules.
Populate marketing dashboards and contribute to their conceptualization and visualization.
Simplify complex analyses to ensure all stakeholders understand data and insights.
Represent the marketing team in certain analytical committees and communities (e.g., evolution of cross-functional analytical tools, solicitation principles).
Stay constantly informed about new trends in web and analytical marketing and marketing technologies.
Bachelor's Degree in analytical marketing, statistics, business intelligence, actuarial science, e-commerce, or another relevant discipline.
Master's Degree (an asset).
5 years of relevant experience in analytical marketing.
Experience in developing dashboards and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Microsoft Power BI).
Knowledge of analytical tools such as SAS and SQL (Snowflake an asset).
Knowledge of analytical concepts in telephone and email marketing campaign management (consent, legislation - Law 25, CASL, LNNTE, A/B testing - an asset).
Knowledge of the insurance sector (an asset).
Knowledge of audience management and digital media placement (SEM, SEO, programmatic, social media, etc.) (an asset).
Experience with campaign management and marketing automation tools (an asset).
