Description
The Digital Experience Advisor will contribute to iA Financial Group's goal of leading the financial sector by optimally combining human and digital experiences. This role involves supporting digital evolution, collaborating with various teams in individual insurance, savings, and retirement, and defining and optimizing digital experiences for advisors. The advisor will be crucial in fostering an advisor- and client-centric culture.
What We're Looking For
Represent users and integrate advisor needs, ensuring their voice is heard.,Define and optimize digital advisor journeys.,Contribute to identifying MVP (Minimum Viable Product) digital solutions.,Monitor performance by contributing to the definition and tracking of key digital performance indicators.,Collaborate on planning and UX research, including semi-structured interviews, user tests, and surveys.,Conduct digital watch to stay informed about the latest trends and best practices.,Analyze and recommend solutions, ensuring a strong understanding of business issues and basing recommendations on data, feedback, market analyses, and emerging trends.,Support the digital strategist in sector-specific digital projects.
Ideal Candidate
Passion for digital.,Bachelor's degree in business administration, with a specialization in marketing, e-commerce, or another relevant discipline.,Minimum five (5) to eight (8) years of relevant experience.,Excellent knowledge of digital and experience in digital projects.,Excellent ability to understand and analyze data.,Knowledge of individual insurance and savings.,Strong communication and influence skills.,Autonomy, proactivity, and excellent teamwork ability.,Great rigor and attention to detail.,Intermediate knowledge of English for daily communication with internal and external partners.
