Description
CAA-Québec is looking for an experienced travel advisor for their Trois-Rivières travel center. This full-time position (35 hours per week) involves advising and supporting travelers in a stimulating, human-centered, and team-oriented environment. The role requires availability on Thursday evenings until 8 PM on a rotational basis.
What We're Looking For
Analyze client needs and provide accurate and useful information for their travel projects.,Make reservations and purchases (packages, hotels, car rentals, and travel insurance).,Assist clients in choosing cruises departing from North America, ensuring a unique experience at CAA-Québec.
Ideal Candidate
Diploma in tourism and experience as a travel advisor.,Travel advisor certificate from the Office de la protection du consommateur, or ability to obtain it.,Knowledge of ticketing systems: Sabre, PC Voyages, and SIREV (an asset).,Professionalism, attention to client needs, and a desire to provide quality service.
