Description
CAA-Québec is looking for a Travel Advisor for its Sherbrooke travel center. The role involves advising clients on their travel plans, from international getaways to cruises, and working in a stimulating, human-centered, and team-oriented environment.
What We're Looking For
Analyze client needs and provide accurate information for travel projects, including international trips or cruises.
Advise clients on destinations, transportation, accommodation, and travel costs to find the best options.
Make reservations and purchases (packages, cruises, tours, hotels, cars, and travel insurance).
Inform clients about foreign currencies, local customs, languages, and travel safety tips.
Ideal Candidate
Diploma in tourism or experience as a travel advisor
Certificate of travel advisor from the Office de la protection du consommateur, or ability to obtain it
Minimum Education
Diploma in Tourism

Work Hours
35 hours/week, available Thursday evenings until 8 PM and Saturdays until 4 PM
