Description
CAA-Québec is seeking a Travel Advisor for their Québec (Lebourgneuf) travel center. The role involves analyzing client needs, providing travel information, making reservations for packages, hotels, car rentals, and travel insurance, and assisting clients with North American cruise choices to ensure a unique CAA-Québec experience. This is a full-time, 35-hour per week position in a stimulating, human-centered, and team-oriented environment.
What We're Looking For
Analyze client needs and provide accurate and useful travel information,Make reservations and purchases (packages, hotels, car rentals, and travel insurance),Assist clients with North American cruise choices,Available to work Thursday evenings (on rotation) until 8 PM and Saturdays (on rotation)
Ideal Candidate
Diploma in tourism or experience as a travel advisor,Travel advisor certificate from the Office de la protection du consommateur, or ability to obtain it,Professionalism, attention to client needs, and a desire to provide quality service
Minimum Education
