CAA-Québec is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Travel Advisor for their Pointe-Claire travel center. The role involves advising and supporting travelers, analyzing their needs, providing accurate information, making reservations (packages, hotels, car rentals, travel insurance), and assisting with cruise selections to ensure a unique experience. It offers a stimulating work environment focused on human connection and teamwork.
What We're Looking For
Analyze client needs and provide accurate and useful travel information.,Make reservations and purchases (packages, hotels, car rentals, and travel insurance).,Assist clients in choosing cruises departing from North America, ensuring a unique CAA-Québec experience.
Ideal Candidate
Diploma in tourism and experience as a travel advisor.,Travel advisor certificate from the Office de la protection du consommateur, or ability to obtain it.
