Description

This role involves supporting the strategic transformation of the organization by implementing and evolving a high-performance management system. The advisor will contribute to deploying the integrated Lean performance strategy, assisting managers and teams with visualization tools, robust indicators, and business intelligence. It's an opportunity to leverage skills in a collaborative and innovative environment, focusing on continuous improvement, performance management, and data-driven strategic decision-making.

What We're Looking For

Deploy strategic dashboards using best visualization practices to support decision-making.,Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) using Power BI.,Prepare organizational performance maturity reports for the executive committee.,Collaborate in setting up and managing a control tower (strategic obeya).,Analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.,Contribute to organizational alignment by ensuring consistency between indicators and strategic objectives.,Train and support teams on the use of dashboards, indicators, and piloting tools.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of performance initiatives using leading and lagging indicators.,Promote a data-driven decision culture and encourage the adoption of analytical tools.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in management, finance, information systems, or any other relevant field.,5 to 10 years of experience in performance management, data analysis, or a similar role.

Special Commitments

Must be able to communicate weekly via email and video conference with teams from different French and English-speaking business lines across Canada.,English tasks include oral communication in video conferences for leading meetings and giving presentations, as well as writing emails.
