Description

The Enterprise Architect plays a key role in the organization's transformation and modernization, ensuring alignment between strategic business ambitions and technological capabilities. This role contributes to a collaborative, innovative, and human-development-focused environment. The successful candidate will strategically develop evolution and modernization plans for the company, integrating with corporate sectors, shared IT services, and business operations.

What We're Looking For

Translate strategic ambitions into current and future IT capabilities.,Promote the reuse of solutions and capabilities.,Develop and maintain solution evolution plans.,Support solution architecture advisors for alignment of recommendations.,Identify and improve enterprise architecture standards and practices.,Maintain and support the evolution of architecture repositories.,Contribute to cost-benefit analyses of solutions.,Oversee the evaluation of technical capabilities and defend recommendations.,Guide teams in applying the architectural process.,Work collaboratively with advisors from different sectors and fellow enterprise architects (security, data, shared platforms).,Ensure effective and coherent interaction with corporate services such as workflow, imaging, document management, integration services, financial services, other shared services, data centers of excellence, IT integration and delivery, and technological infrastructures.,Possess natural influence, strategic vision, and the ability to find innovative solutions.,Have the capacity to effectively influence and defend the company's architectural strategies and orientations to a diverse audience.

Ideal Candidate

Significant experience in enterprise architecture (15+ years).,Mastery of architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).,Experience with SDLC, DevOps, ITSM, Agile, LEAN.,Orientation towards cloud computing and virtualization.

Special Commitments

Must be willing to work regularly with English-speaking suppliers and consultancies.,Requires active participation in weekly solution review meetings with English-speaking colleagues and managers for 30% of the time.,Involves working in a transforming Enterprise Architecture context adopting a matrix mode, focusing on simple, fast, and efficient delivery of results.
