Description

This role at Aritzia involves delivering exceptional customer experiences at the service counter. The Service Advisor will process transactions, manage customer services, maintain counter organization, and foster customer loyalty through attentive interactions and efficient service delivery. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills within the retail sector.

What We're Looking For

Provide extraordinary and memorable experiences at the service counter.

Guide customers to appropriate merchandise and service counters.

Prepare and carefully package items to ensure a luxury experience.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-level customer experience.

Manage end-to-end service processes, including informing customers, continuous service checks, and proactive problem resolution.

Support service counter operations, including queue management and returning products to the sales floor.

Ideal Candidate

Possess proven skills, training, and necessary certifications.

Experience with a point-of-sale (POS) system (an asset).

Commitment to learning and applying Aritzia's values and leadership principles.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.

Commitment to quality and achieving results that benefit the business.

Good understanding of and interest in the industry.

Understanding of Aritzia's brand vision and style principles, with attention to trends and cultural influences.
