The role within the Quebec Strategy team at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) is crucial for defining, steering, and coordinating strategic priorities related to the Quebec Private Placements (PPQC) portfolio and La Caisse's Quebec activities. The individual will specifically support the definition, implementation, and monitoring of PPQC strategic priorities, overall management and performance of the PPQC portfolio, and cross-functional coordination of La Caisse's activities in Quebec.
Actively contribute to the annual strategic planning for La Caisse's activities in Quebec (investments and strategic initiatives).
Participate in the evolution and deepening of portfolio analyses (construction, management, return projections, risk-return balance) within the PPQC strategy.
Contribute to the organization and participate in working groups within PVP Quebec and/or involving other sectors of La Caisse.
Prepare high-level executive documents for the management committee and senior management.
Contribute to special strategic projects (e.g., venture capital and technology, investment theses in key sectors, climate strategy).
Perform analyses and research (data collection and analysis) on specific themes related to La Caisse's development priorities in Quebec.
First or second cycle university degree in finance, economics, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline.
Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in investment and/or consulting.
Experience in a strategy consulting firm is an asset.
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree
