Connectivity Product Manager

Description

The Connectivity Product Manager within RBC Capital Markets US Cash Management team is responsible for developing and enhancing client connectivity solutions such as Host to Host, SWIFT, API, and ERP integration products. This role involves articulating the vision for connectivity solutions, building strategic execution plans, setting up technical integration ecosystems, partnering with product organizations and clients to address pain points, and designing seamless enterprise solutions for client onboarding and integration. The manager will also execute day-to-day product management tasks and act as a link between client needs and technical development for Cash Management solutions.

What We're Looking For

Experience as a leading practitioner and manager of digital, fintech, and SaaS products,Strong understanding of Cash Management/Treasury product implementations, host-to-host/API solutions (file formats/connectivity protocols like SWIFT FileAct, SFTP),Strong understanding of Cash Management Products such as ACH, RTP, FX, Check,Strong understanding of formats including ISO XML, NACHA, JSON, and other industry standards,Demonstrated client/product experience working at a financial institution and delivering seamless digital experiences,Experience working in agile environments,Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams,Excellent oral and written communication skills,A 'can do' attitude and adaptability to changes,Strong understanding of Corporate Banking and/or Transaction Banking; digital banking products,Ability to operate in a fluid, rapidly changing environment,Project management skills
