Aritzia is looking for Seasonal Advisors for their Concierge Centre in Toronto, ON. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team, providing engaging service and exceptional selling and styling expertise to clients across various channels like Live Chat, Phone, and Email. The position focuses on delivering world-class client service, selling clothes, and resolving inquiries efficiently, with opportunities for growth within the company.

What We're Looking For

Deliver world-class client service across all channels including Live Chat, Phone, and Email,Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise,Resolve client inquiries efficiently, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction,Meet and exceed established performance targets,Ability to start throughout April and May 2026,Ability to work 30 hours per week for mandatory training in the first two weeks,Ability to work shifts within operating hours of 9AM - 9PM EST (including evenings and weekends),No extended time off from May through July during peak sales events
