Aritzia is seeking Bilingual (French/English) Advisors for its Concierge Centre in Toronto, ON. This role involves delivering world-class client service across various channels (Live Chat, Phone, Email) in both French and English, providing styling expertise, resolving client inquiries, and meeting performance targets. It offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the client experience by providing engaging service and exceptional selling and styling expertise.

What We're Looking For

Deliver world-class client service across all channels including Live Chat, Phone, and Email in French and English,Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise,Resolve client inquiries efficiently, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction,Meet and exceed established performance targets,Ability to start Monday April 13th 2026,Ability to work 30 hours per week for mandatory training in your first two weeks (typically Monday to Friday from 11 AM – 5 PM EST),Ability to work shifts within operating hours of 9AM - 9PM EST (including evenings and weekends),No extended time off from May through July during peak sales events

Ideal Candidate

Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) and French (written and verbal),French as first language is preferred,Certifications in French language proficiency such as DALF C1 (Advanced) or C2 (Proficient) or CEFRL C1 or C2,Passion for providing world-class client service and building long lasting client relationships,Aspirational sense of individual style,Desire to thrive on a high-performance team,Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's values and standards,Aptitude for learning and navigating diverse technology systems,Retail, contact centre, customer service or hospitality experience is considered an an asset
