Description

Aritzia is hiring Seasonal Concierge Advisors for their New Westminster, BC, Concierge Centre to provide exceptional client service across live chat, phone, and email channels. This role focuses on selling, styling, and efficiently resolving client inquiries to ensure high satisfaction. It's a seasonal position with opportunities for permanent placement or re-engagement in future seasons. Training is comprehensive, and there's significant growth potential within the company. The position offers an industry-leading starting wage of $22/hr.

What We're Looking For

Deliver world-class client service across all channels including Live Chat, Phone, and Email,

Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise,

Resolve client inquiries efficiently, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction,

Meet and exceed established performance targets,

Ability to start throughout April and May 2026,

Ability to work 30 hours per week for mandatory training in the first two weeks (Training typically Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST or 2:30 PM – 8:30 PM PST),

Ability to work shifts within operating hours of 8 AM - 9 PM PST (including evenings and weekends),

No extended time off from May through July during peak sales events
