Lead migration of messaging platforms to Exchange (OnPrem and/or Online), including planning, execution, and validation.,Design and implement Exchange integration solutions with other systems (Active Directory, Intune, M365 tools, etc.).,Oversee configuration, deployment, and security of Exchange environments.,Manage incidents and resolve problems related to Exchange, especially during migration phases.,Document Exchange migration, integration, and management procedures to ensure sustainability and compliance.,Train and support teams on Exchange best practices and migration processes.,Stay informed on Exchange and M365 evolutions.,Over 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in Exchange migration and integration.,Experience in migration project management, including stakeholder coordination and change management.,In-depth knowledge of Exchange architectures, messaging protocols (SMTP, MAPI), and M365 integration mechanisms.,Proficiency in Exchange migration tools and scripts (PowerShell, native Microsoft tools, third-party tools).
