The role supports the U.S. Compliance Risk Assessment lead at TD Bank, focusing on building a resilient and scalable compliance risk management function. This involves managing and facilitating the U.S. Compliance Risk Assessment, ensuring regulatory compliance risks and internal controls are identified, and assessing the risk profile for applicable laws and regulations across businesses and legal entities. What We're Looking For

Manage and facilitate the U.S. Compliance Risk Assessment process, ensuring timely and quality completion.,Provide subject matter expertise on assessment methodology, guidance, and leading practices.,Support defining and logging regulatory issues and remedial action plans.,Review and interpret aggregated results, identify methodology deviations and quality deficiencies.,Support program reporting analytics and continuous enhancements to the Compliance Risk Assessment framework.,Possess strong functional knowledge of U.S. banking regulations, products, and services, along with a risk management/internal control mindset.,Work with Compliance partners and other groups to create documentation and reports for regulatory bodies.,Lead development of team procedures and governance processes.,Provide governance oversight through policy and training exemption management.,Assist in tracking and reporting issues and events.,Prepare summaries, presentations, and briefing notes on the Compliance program status.,Represent CGO on internal/external committees and regulatory change management initiatives.,Deliver subject matter expertise and compliance advice to business partners.,Conduct research, analysis, and assessment of Compliance program activities.,Participate in regulatory examinations and audits.,Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies.,Manage business operations in compliance with internal and external requirements.,Participate in cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert.,Monitor service, productivity, and implement process improvements.,Lead/facilitate remediation plans for performance/risk/governance issues.,Manage relationships across business lines and corporate functions.,Keep abreast of emerging trends and evolving regulatory requirements.,Maintain a culture of risk management and control.,Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise and participate in knowledge transfer.,Keep current on emerging trends/developments.,Contribute to a fair, positive, and equitable environment.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.,7+ years of prior regulatory, compliance, and/or risk management experience.,Familiarity with conducting Compliance Risk Assessments preferred.,Experience working with top-tier banks in large-scale, cross-functional regulatory remediation.,Familiarity with developing and implementing regulatory compliance risk management frameworks and programs.
