Epic Games is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their People team, supporting HR and Recruiting by acting as a compensation consultant. This role involves advising on compensation programs, managing new hire offers and promotion adjustments, resolving compensation-related issues, and contributing to various compensation projects, including market analysis and program administration for broad-based, executive, LTI, and STI programs. The analyst will also be involved in developing training materials for HR Partners, Recruiters, and Leaders.
Serve as a compensation consultant to the business and partner with HR Business Partners, Coordinators, and Recruiters.,Advise HR Partners and Recruiters on compensation programs and concerns (e.g., promotion adjustments, new hire offers, job evaluations).,Triage compensation-related issues and act as the first point of contact for People Team regarding compensation programs and recruitment questions.,Support compensation initiatives and projects, including ad hoc market compensation analysis and program administration (broad-based, executive, LTI, STI programs).,Develop training and coaching materials for HR Partners, Recruiters, and Leaders.
Familiarity and comfort with market data outputs and utilizing data for compensation analysis.
