Key responsibilities include executing strategic communication plans, securing thought leadership media opportunities, generating intranet content, drafting internal announcements, managing employee communications, partnering with Marketing for events, and leading communications for inclusion initiatives.
Key responsibilities include executing strategic internal and external communication plans, serving as a strategic media advisor, securing thought leadership media opportunities in top-tier outlets, generating and publishing original content on RBC Capital Markets' intranet, writing and distributing internal announcements, helping manage employee communications from key business Functions, partnering with Marketing to support firm-wide events, and leading the communications strategy around RBC Capital Markets' inclusion initiatives.
5+ years of corporate communications experience, preferably in a PR firm, financial services firm, or professional services firm.
