Commissioning Specialist

Description

This role involves leading the deployment and integration of turnkey automation and robotics solutions for clients. The specialist will manage project execution, hardware and software integration, and client relationships to ensure projects are delivered to specification and on time. Responsibilities span from planning through post-commissioning support, with a continuous focus on optimizing delivery processes and fostering innovation in customer service.

What We're Looking For

Execute project management and customer communications for Vention’s turnkey projects.,Program automated cells and robotic applications using Python and Vention’s programming interface.,Install, configure, deploy, and commission Vention’s turnkey projects at client sites, focusing on hardware and software integration.,Provide feedback on potential improvements to Product, Applications, Sales, and Marketing teams, ensuring lessons learned are integrated into future projects.,Own the initial post-commissioning support for clients.,Create and maintain an improvement roadmap to continuously optimize the end-to-end delivery process.,Create and refine documentation related to the delivery process for efficient team hand-offs.,Support the pre-sale process with testing and product expertise.,Ensure the work area is well-organized and functional.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced work environment.,Bachelor’s degree in automation or robotics engineering, or equivalent related experience.,Python programming experience.
