This position is responsible for customer service and sales within the boutique. The individual needs to be available to work weekends, and during the summer period, both weekdays and weekends. Key duties include preparing cheeses for sale, advising customers on cheeses, opening and closing the shop, weekly product inventory, preparing cheese platters, balancing end-of-day sales, and making deposits.
