Description

This role is an exciting opportunity within commercial banking, focusing on providing critical sales support as part of a results-oriented team. The associate will partner with Relationship Managers and International Subsidiary Banking to offer advice and solutions to commercial clients, enhancing their day-to-day banking operations through needs discovery and ongoing relationship building. This position is suitable for individuals with a passion for teamwork, client engagement, and continuous learning, particularly those with experience in financial, retail, or service industries.

What We're Looking For

Excel at needs discovery and solution development for commercial clients' day-to-day banking.,Partner with Relationship Managers to identify, plan, and deliver solutions to clients and prospects.,Participate in ongoing contact programs to build strong client relationships and provide value-added service and advice.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 2 years of demonstrated excellence in a service and sales role.,Proven track record of strong relationship management skills and sales success.,Experience with emerging communications and technology (e.g., web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, mobile applications).,Post-secondary education at college or university level in business administration or financial management preferred (e.g., BBA, B. Commerce or equivalent on-the-job learning).
