The role also involves participating in ongoing contact programs to build strong client relationships through value-added service and meaningful advice. Must-have requirements include a minimum of 2 years of proven excellence in a service and sales role, strong relationship management skills, proven sales success, and experience with emerging communications and technology (web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, mobile applications). The role also requires mobility within the region for client visits.
Post-secondary education at a college or university level in business administration or financial management is preferred (e.g., BBA, B. of Commerce) or equivalent on-the-job learning.
