This role at RBC involves becoming a key member of a results-oriented team, partnering with Relationship Managers, Commercial Financial Services, and their clients. What We're Looking For

The advisor will excel at needs discovery and solution development to provide commercial clients with daily banking advice. They will partner with Account Managers to identify, plan, and deliver solutions to clients and prospects based on strong knowledge of operational requirements. The role also involves participating in ongoing contact programs to build strong client relationships through value-added service and meaningful advice. Must-have requirements include a minimum of 2 years of proven excellence in a service and sales role, strong relationship management skills, proven sales success, and experience with emerging communications and technology (web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, mobile applications). The role also requires mobility within the region for client visits.

Ideal Candidate

Post-secondary education at a college or university level in business administration or financial management is preferred (e.g., BBA, B. of Commerce) or equivalent on-the-job learning.
