Coordinate an exceptional end-to-end client onboarding experience leading with advice to proactively identify opportunities to grow and deepen client relationships.,Educate clients and provide holistic advice on RBCs digital solutions, enabling clients to self-serve.,Excel at needs discovery and solution development to provide commercial clients with advice for their day-to-day banking operations, business deposits and simple cash management solutions.,Work in collaboration with the Client Relationship Team to identify, plan & deliver the best solutions to clients and prospects based on strong knowledge of client's operational requirements.,Participate in ongoing proactive contact strategies to forge strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, goals and changing circumstances so as to advise on increasing operational and working capital efficiency.
Minimum 2 years of demonstrated excellence in a service and sales role.,Proven track record of strong relationship management skills and proven sales success.,Experience with emerging communications and technology (i.e., web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications).,Foundational business acumen acquired through work experiences or post-secondary education.,Demonstrated proficiency in key skills including client centricity, communication and collaboration.,Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs.,Post-secondary education at college or university level in business administration or financial management preferred e.g., BBA, B. of Commerce or equivalent on-the-job learning (Nice-to-have).,Demonstrated proficiency in financial acumen and business development skills (Nice-to-have).
