The Commercial Loan Administration Manager II oversees the TD as Agent syndicated loan servicing team, focusing on operational excellence, risk management, and customer experience for complex syndicated credit facilities. This role involves managing end-to-end Agency servicing activities according to Bank policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and established service level agreements. The manager provides leadership, strategic direction, and subject-matter expertise in syndicated loan servicing, while driving continuous process improvement and maintaining strong controls throughout the syndicated lending lifecycle.
Manage administrative and operational support for a unit in the Commercial Loan department.,Lead projects to develop, implement, maintain, and improve departmental procedures.,Responsible for integrating documentation and lending procedures during bank acquisitions.,Serve as a subject matter expert for the department.,Establish goals and objectives for staff and mentor supervisors.,Optimize technology utilization within the Commercial Loan Departments.,Manage department budget needs, including expense and capital projects.,Represent the Commercial Loan Services department on various task forces and committees.,Recommend training needs and coordinate training.,Assist staff with complex loan administration issues.,Ensure effective communications and information sharing with internal and external stakeholders.,Exercise authority for personnel actions.,Responsible for staff development and team preparedness.
Experience managing teams in commercial lending operations, syndicated loan servicing, or Agency administration.,Strong working knowledge of syndicated loan structures, Agency responsibilities, documentation, and participant bank interactions.,Hands-on experience with settlement processes, lender allocations, interest/fee calculations, and operational workflows for complex commercial credit facilities.,Ability to interpret and operationalize credit agreements, servicing standards (LSTA/LMA), and regulatory requirements.,Demonstrated success in continuous process improvement, workflow optimization, and issue resolution.,Proven ability to deliver superior customer service across internal and external stakeholders.,4-year degree or equivalent experience.,Previous management experience.,Strong project management experience.,Strong knowledge of Company commercial information systems.,Proficient in developing and implementing test plans and test scripts.,Knowledge of accounting.,Knowledge and understanding of bank operations, department policies, procedures, products, services, systems, and applications.
