Description

This role within Bell's Customer Operations team involves installing, maintaining, and repairing services for business customers, particularly key and PBX equipment. Key aspects include providing excellent customer service, resolving inquiries, offering technical support, processing service requests, and managing customer accounts.

What We're Looking For

Install, maintain, and repair services for business customers, including key and PBX equipment.,Address customer inquiries and concerns.,Provide technical assistance.,Process orders and service requests.,Manage customer accounts.,Ensure overall customer satisfaction.,Ability to climb poles daily using ladders, spurs, and other tools.,Capable of frequent lifting and/or carrying objects up to 50 lbs, and lifting up to 100 lbs.,Ability to work effectively aloft.,Possession of a valid Driver's License.

Ideal Candidate

Successful completion of an electrical/electronic engineering or computer technology program at a recognized technical training institute, OR,A university science degree in engineering, computers, or another relevant field, OR,A 2 or 3 year Certificate/Diploma in an Information Technology program, OR,Currently holds a valid IT industry network certification such as CISCO (CCENT or higher), Nortel (NCSS or higher), and/or Microsoft.

Minimum Education

Certificate/Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical or science field

Computer skills (Email: Outlook, MSN, Intranet/Internet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
CISCO certification (CCENT or higher)
Nortel certification (NCSS or higher)
