Description

This role is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and optimization of collections and recovery strategies for the US retail portfolio. The manager leverages data-driven insights to minimize credit losses, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve operational efficiency while maintaining a positive customer experience. The position involves high-level stakeholder management and the translation of complex data into actionable business strategies.

What We're Looking For

Design and execute collections strategies across various product lines to mitigate risk,

Monitor and report on portfolio performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement,

Collaborate with internal partners in Risk, Finance, and Operations to align strategy with business goals,

Oversee the implementation of strategy changes within the collections systems,

Ensure all strategies adhere to federal and state regulations (e.g., FDCPA, FCRA),

Lead and mentor a team of analysts to drive high-performance results

Ideal Candidate

Extensive experience in credit risk management or collections strategy within the financial services industry,

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams,

Deep understanding of US banking regulations and compliance standards,

Proven track record of using quantitative analysis to drive business decisions

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
