Description

As a Collection Customer Service Agent, you will join the Collection team to suggest payment agreements to clients, contributing to their financial health. Your role involves contacting clients, building trust, analyzing financial situations, listening to needs, resolving issues, and setting up tailored financial solutions. You will also educate clients on their financial situation and highlight benefits.
