Client Support Associate, Commercial Banking

Description

The Client Support Associate's primary role is to manage an assigned portfolio, ensuring client service and support objectives are met. This includes interacting with clients, collaborating with Commercial Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers, and facilitating the prompt resolution of client requests and transactions to ensure overall client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Responsible for outstanding customer service and managing client relationships.

Timely and accurate processing of daily client requests (e.g., wires, cashier's checks, internal transfers, account maintenance changes).

Validation, review, and obtaining approval within authority of day-to-day transactions for clients (e.g., loan advances).

Support Relationship Managers by assisting with loan and deposit portfolios (e.g., reviewing transactions, providing accurate account information, daily decisioning of overdrafts).

Act as a liaison between clients, Relationship Managers, operations, and other supporting groups.

Manage and maintain complete and accurate client information in internal databases.

Provide superior customer service by facilitating the resolution of loan or deposit issues.

Maintain current knowledge of commercial Bank products, pricing, policy, and procedures.

Work with Governance & Controls teams to capture, escalate, review, and report on instances of fraud.

Deter, detect, and escalate unusual transactions or situations to US AML.
