RBC Dominion Securities (RBC DS) is looking for a Client Solutions Specialist (CSS) to join their Ontario team. This role focuses on transitioning RBC DS clients to suitable RBC platforms based on their needs. The specialist will conduct in-depth discovery discussions with clients from various RBC DS branches in Ontario and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions. They will also manage client inquiries and administrative tasks, foster relationships across RBC platforms, and deliver presentations to promote the CSS program.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage clients through structured discovery conversations to understand objectives and service needs.,Assess and recommend the optimal RBC platform for each client, ensuring a smooth transition.,Manage client inquiries and administrative tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records.,Foster strong collaborative relationships with colleagues across RBC's diverse platforms.,Partner with RBC DS management and advisory teams to facilitate seamless client transitions.,Deliver presentations at RBC DS branches to promote awareness of the CSS program.,Active registration as a Registered Representative (RR) or Investment Representative (IR) with CIRO.,Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.,Strong commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and client-centric solutions.

Ideal Candidate

Must-Have: Active registration as a Registered Representative (RR) or Investment Representative (IR) with CIRO.,Must-Have: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.,Must-Have: Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.,Must-Have: Strong commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and client-centric solutions.,Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with RBC's investment products and service offerings across platforms (e.g., RBC Direct Investing, RBC InvestEase, RBC Royal Bank, RBC Dominion Securities, RBC Insurance).
