As a Client Service Representative within the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will assist clients with their daily banking needs, including transactions and answering questions. You will also connect them with appropriate team members to help achieve their financial goals. This role involves working in a fast-paced banking center and requires flexibility with hours, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to work at multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance. The role is on-site full-time.
