Description

As a Client Service Representative in the Personal and Business Banking Team at CIBC, you will assist clients with their daily banking needs, handle transactions, answer questions, and connect them with appropriate team members to help achieve their financial goals. You will focus on delivering an excellent client experience, solving problems, and leveraging technology to help clients manage their accounts effectively.
