As a Client Service Representative in the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will assist clients with their daily banking needs, handle transactions, answer questions, and connect them with appropriate team members to help them achieve their financial goals. This role requires flexibility to work various banking center hours, including evenings and weekends, and potentially at multiple locations within a reasonable travel distance.
Help clients manage accounts and products, focusing on a positive client experience.
Connect clients to relevant CIBC team members.
