The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional client experience by assisting with day-to-day banking needs, answering inquiries, processing transactions, and proactively connecting clients with appropriate team members. This role serves as the initial point of contact, focusing on understanding and accurately responding to client needs.

What We're Looking For

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Previous experience working with clients and achieving sales results, particularly within financial services, is often preferred.
