Client Service Representative (Mandarin/Cantonese)

Description

This role within the Personal and Business Banking Team at CIBC involves assisting clients with their daily banking needs, transactions, and account management in a fast-paced banking center. The representative will also help connect clients with appropriate team members to achieve financial goals and educate them on mobile banking applications.

Manage client accounts and products, prioritizing client experience.,Connect clients to suitable CIBC team members for their financial goals.,Address client issues effectively, taking accountability and collaborating when necessary.,Become proficient in technology and guide clients on mobile banking usage.,Be flexible to work banking center hours, including evenings and weekends.,Be able to work at multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance.
