As a Client Service Representative in a fast-paced banking center, you will assist clients with their daily banking needs, answer questions, help with transactions, and connect them with appropriate team members to achieve their financial goals. This role focuses on delivering excellent client experience and involves proactive engagement.
Candidates must be flexible to work banking center hours, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to work at multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance. Responsibilities include managing client accounts and products, focusing on client experience, problem-solving by taking accountability for client issues, and leveraging technology to introduce clients to mobile banking applications. Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and possess a valid work or study permit if applicable.
