Description

As a Client Service Representative in Personal and Business Banking, you will assist clients with their daily banking needs, including managing accounts, processing transactions, and connecting them with appropriate CIBC team members to help achieve their financial goals. This role focuses on delivering an excellent client experience through engagement, problem-solving, and leveraging technology like mobile banking applications.
