As a Client Service Representative within the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will assist clients with their daily banking needs, including managing accounts, processing transactions, and addressing inquiries. A key part of the role involves connecting clients with suitable CIBC team members to help them achieve their financial objectives. You will be expected to prioritize client engagement, solve problems, and leverage technology like mobile banking applications to enhance the client experience.
