Description

This role involves assisting clients with their daily banking needs, managing accounts, and using financial services knowledge in a fast-paced banking center. The representative acts as a first line of support, connecting clients to relevant team members and helping them achieve financial goals. The position requires flexibility to work banking center hours, including evenings and weekends, and potentially at multiple locations within a reasonable travel distance.

What We're Looking For

Assist clients with daily banking needs, account management, and product inquiries.,Focus on client experience, making interactions meaningful, and connecting clients to appropriate CIBC team members.,Problem-solve by listening, asking questions, taking accountability for client issues, and collaborating for solutions.,Become proficient in technology, introducing clients to mobile banking applications.,Be flexible to work banking center hours, including evenings and weekends.,Be flexible to work at multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance.
