Description

As a Client Service Representative in the Personal and Business Banking Team at CIBC, you will assist clients with their daily banking needs, handle transactions, answer questions, and connect them with relevant team members to achieve their financial goals. This role focuses on delivering excellent client experience, problem-solving, and leveraging technology to help clients with mobile banking applications.
