As a Client Service Representative in a fast-paced Banking Center, you will assist clients with their day-to-day banking needs, including answering questions, processing transactions, and connecting them with other CIBC team members. The role requires flexibility for evening and weekend shifts and the ability to work at various banking centers within a reasonable travel distance.
Help clients manage accounts and products, focus on client experience, and connect clients to relevant CIBC team members.
Listen, ask questions, empathize, take accountability for client issues, and collaborate for solutions.
Become proficient in technology and introduce clients to mobile banking applications.
Legally eligible to work at the specified location(s).
May be asked to complete attribute-based assessments and other skills tests (e.g., simulation, coding, French proficiency).
27 hours/week
Must be flexible to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends. Must be flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance. Must be legally eligible to work at the location(s) specified.
