Description

As a Client Service Representative within the Personal and Business Banking Team at CIBC, you will assist clients with their daily banking needs, including answering questions, processing transactions, and connecting them with relevant team members to achieve their financial goals. You will be a primary point of contact for clients, focusing on delivering an excellent client experience and being flexible to work various banking center hours, including evenings and weekends, and at multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance. The role involves engaging with clients, problem-solving their issues, and leveraging technology to introduce them to mobile banking applications.
