As a Client Service Representative in a CIBC Banking Center, you will assist clients with their daily banking needs, including transactions and account management. Your role involves focusing on client experience, connecting them with appropriate team members, solving problems by listening and taking accountability, and helping clients utilize mobile banking technology.
