Client Service Representative - Part-time (30hrs/weekly)

Description

This role is with the Personal and Business Banking Team at CIBC, focusing on client service in a banking center. The representative will assist clients with their daily banking needs, including answering questions, processing transactions, and connecting them with appropriate CIBC team members to help achieve their financial goals. It's an initial point of contact position emphasizing a positive client experience.

What We're Looking For

Help clients manage their accounts and products.

Focus on delivering a meaningful client experience.

Connect clients to the right CIBC team members to support their financial goals.

Engage in problem-solving by listening, asking questions, and taking accountability for client issues, collaborating with others when necessary.

Leverage technology by introducing clients to mobile banking applications.

Be flexible to work banking center hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

Be flexible to work at multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance.

Be legally eligible to work at the specified location(s) and possess a valid work or study permit where applicable.
