Client Service Representative - Part-time (20hrs/weekly)

Description

As a Client Service Representative at CIBC, you will be a key member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, assisting clients with their daily banking needs. This involves answering questions, processing transactions, and connecting clients with appropriate team members to help them achieve their financial goals. You will focus on delivering a great client experience and leveraging technology to help clients with mobile banking. The role requires flexibility to work various banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
