The Client Service Associate provides daily administrative support for various high-net-worth client accounts, including trusts, investment management accounts, IRAs, and foundations. This role acts as a primary point of contact for client servicing needs, supporting the Relationship Management team.
Provide accurate completion of account administrative duties, including preparing correspondence and maintaining files.,Prepare materials for client meetings.,Arrange new account packets and open new accounts.,Research client inquiries and ensure timely resolution.,Generate client statements, tax reports, and ad hoc reports.,Provide documentation for clients' annual reviews.,Manage clients' tax payments, annual IRA contributions/required minimum distributions.,Willingness to accept advanced responsibilities like preparing asset allocations and performance reporting.,Display initiative and work independently.,Collaborate effectively with colleagues to exceed client expectations.,Apply newly acquired knowledge to systems, processes, and situations proficiently.
Bachelor's degree and/or 2-3 years' experience in trust and/or investments.,Internship in Wealth Management a plus.,Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
