Description

This role is within the Global Operations and Business Services team at TD Securities, specifically in the Client Management team. The primary responsibility involves managing client relationships and coordinating the global onboarding of clients for TD Securities. This includes understanding regulatory frameworks (AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS, MiFID), working with sales and trading to grow client relationships, assessing client needs, managing priorities, expediting trading capabilities, and participating in new client and product strategies globally. The candidate is expected to improve daily processes and take ownership of tasks.

What We're Looking For

Solid understanding of client onboarding requirements, including global regulatory frameworks (credit, legal, AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS, MiFID) and stakeholder roles.,Work with sales and trading to foster long-term relationships with buy-side clients.,Proactively assess needs and priorities of buy-side clients daily.,Assist desk and stakeholders in managing priorities.,Expedite trading capabilities while ensuring stakeholder engagement and risk minimization.,Participate in new client and product strategies globally, offering value-added ideas.,Work with Front Office and internal stakeholders to understand client needs and prioritize high-value relationships.,Understand regulatory and documentation requirements for large global institutional clients.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.,Maintain current client status updates in the database to track workflow.,Proactively escalate and manage client issues in a timely manner.,Undergraduate degree/college diploma.,Up to 3 years' experience in buy-side firms or the Capital Markets industry.,Understanding of Financial Markets and trading products.,Proven ability to maintain and manage large client relationships.,Demonstrates time management skills and commitment to delivering results within aggressive timelines.,Ability to support global desks.,Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,High degree of intellectual curiosity, passion, and self-motivation.,Ability to work independently and within a team environment.,Ability to work within a diverse, global, client-service-oriented workforce.,Ability to understand and find appropriate applications for data and analysis results.,Meticulous attention to detail and due diligence.,Sound understanding of risk processes and methodologies.,High aptitude in time management.,Design, creativity, and problem-solving skills.,Fast learner dedicated to continuous skill improvement.,Strong OUTLOOK/EXCEL/POWERPOINT skills.
