Description

This role at RBC Wealth Management involves becoming a trusted resource for financial advisors and clients within a branch setting. Responsibilities include utilizing administrative and operational skills to help advisors manage and grow their business, ensuring compliance, resolving problems, onboarding new accounts, processing records, implementing technology changes, and preparing correspondence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships by assisting with account questions, handling inquiries, adhering to compliance standards, facilitating fund transfers and trades, and maintaining confidentiality.

What We're Looking For

Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, assisting with account questions and inquiries.,Handle account inquiries and customer needs, escalating to financial advisors when appropriate.,Adhere to compliance standards by obtaining and maintaining appropriate account documentation.,Communicate with clients about necessary items for accounts.,Facilitate the transfer of funds and securities, complete trades in client accounts.,Process checks, wires and ACH's in a timely manner.,Maintain confidentiality in accordance with RBC's Code of Conduct.,Willingness to get Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses within 12 months of hire.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree or job-related experience (Must-have),Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses or willingness to get licensed within 12 months of hire (Must-have),Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment (Must-have),Current FINRA registrations (Nice-to-have),Financial services experience (Nice-to-have)
