Description

This role at RBC Wealth Management involves supporting financial advisors and clients through administrative and operational tasks. What We're Looking For

Build and maintain professional client relationships, assisting with account questions and escalating to financial advisors when needed.,Adhere to compliance standards by maintaining account documentation and communicating with clients about required items.,Facilitate the transfer of funds and securities, complete trades, and process checks, wires, and ACHs in a timely manner.,Maintain confidentiality in accordance with RBC's Code of Conduct.,Bachelor's degree or job-related experience.,Strong verbal and written communication, people, organizational, and client service skills.,Attention to detail and a mindset focused on increasing advisor efficiency.,Possess Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses or be willing to obtain them within 12 months of hire.,Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree or job-related experience.,Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses.,Current FINRA registrations (nice-to-have).,Financial services experience (nice-to-have).
